Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you:

• have read and agree to be bound by these Terms;
• have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference;
• will comply with all applicable server rules, community guidelines, and staff instructions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services provided

Azule Knight may offer, among other things:

• a public Minecraft multiplayer experience;
• in-game features, ranks, perks, and virtual items;
• optional donation-based or purchase-based benefits, as described on our website or in-game.

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that any particular feature will always remain available or unchanged.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• follow all server rules and any other policies we publish;
• provide accurate information when registering, donating, or contacting us;
• not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage;
• not use cheats, unauthorized clients, hacks, automation, or other modifications that violate our rules or give unfair advantage.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of access, with or without prior notice, at our discretion.

4. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for activity on your Minecraft account and for safeguarding your credentials.
• We are not liable for loss, theft, sharing, or compromise of third-party accounts (including Mojang or Microsoft accounts).
• We may restrict, suspend, or revoke access to the server or website at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law and our policies.

5. Virtual goods and donations

In-game items, ranks, perks, and similar entitlements are virtual and have no real-world monetary value outside the Services. Donations and purchases are voluntary and help support server operation; they are not investments and do not create ownership in the server or its assets.

We reserve the right to:

• modify, rebalance, or remove perks, items, or features;
• change pricing, bundles, or availability of donation tiers or store items;

Where practicable, significant changes may be communicated in-game or on the website, but we are not obligated to provide advance notice for every adjustment.

6. Refunds

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by law. That policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Server availability

We do not guarantee:

• continuous or uninterrupted availability of the server or website;
• error-free gameplay or data;
• permanent retention of worlds, builds, inventories, or features.

The server may be restarted, updated, reset, or taken offline temporarily or permanently. We are not liable for loss of progress, virtual items, or access except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban users who:

• violate these Terms, server rules, or applicable law;
• exploit or attempt to exploit systems or other players;
• engage in harassment, hate speech, fraud, or other harmful or disruptive conduct.

Termination may result in loss of access, removal of perks or virtual items, and forfeiture of fees already paid, consistent with our Refund Policy. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Intellectual property

Names, logos, branding, website content, and original custom plugins, configurations, or systems created for Azule Knight are owned by the project or its licensors unless otherwise noted. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB; we are not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft beyond operating a community server under their applicable terms.

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law (e.g. fair use).

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Azule Knight and its operators, volunteers, and affiliates disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Your use of the website and server is at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a new version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process or explicit consent.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in Malaysia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
