Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Azule Knight. Purchases and donations help maintain and improve the server. Please read this policy carefully before completing a transaction.
1. All sales are final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in Section 6 below, all purchases and donations are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
- rank or tier purchases (including donor tiers);
- perks, cosmetics, or other in-game benefits;
- donations of any amount, whether or not tied to specific perks.
2. Digital goods
All items and benefits delivered through Azule Knight are digital and provided in-game or through connected systems. Once granted or activated, they are not returnable in the same way as physical goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving digital access or entitlements that may be consumed immediately upon delivery.
3. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or formal payment dispute with your bank or card issuer—without first contacting us to resolve the issue—may be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in:
- immediate suspension or permanent ban from the Minecraft server;
- removal or revocation of purchased perks, ranks, or associated entitlements.
If you experience a billing problem, contact the administration first on Discord · @tacticalninj4 or through azuleknight.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider.
4. Delivery issues
If perks or items do not appear as expected after a successful payment:
- confirm you entered the correct Minecraft username at checkout;
- confirm you have completed in-server registration where required (e.g.
/register) using that same name; - allow reasonable time for payment confirmation and automated delivery.
If the issue continues, contact the administration on Discord · @tacticalninj4 (or via azuleknight.com) with your username and approximate date of purchase so we can investigate.
5. Server changes
Azule Knight may modify, rebalance, or discontinue perks, commands, economy features, or other gameplay elements at any time to maintain fairness, performance, or compliance. Purchases are made with the understanding that the game and server may evolve; such changes do not entitle you to a refund or compensation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Exceptional cases
Refunds or account adjustments may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- clear duplicate charges for the same transaction;
- demonstrable technical or processing errors on our side that prevented delivery despite a completed payment.
Any remedy is at the sole discretion of the server administration and may take the form of a refund, credit, or in-game correction, as appropriate. Nothing in this section guarantees a monetary refund.
