• Minecraft username — for example when you donate or register for in-game perks.
• Email address — if you choose to provide one (e.g. for receipts or support).
• Payment-related information — processed by our payment providers; we do not collect full card numbers on our own systems (see Section 3).
• Technical data — such as IP address, browser type, device or network information, and similar data commonly logged for security and operations.
• Website session data — including cookies or similar technologies used to secure forms (for example anti-forgery tokens) and maintain your session.

2. How we use your information

We use personal data as necessary to:

• process donations and deliver in-game perks tied to your account;
• provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• maintain server and website performance, security, and reliability;
• detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, or violations of our rules.

We process data only for legitimate purposes related to operating Azule Knight, unless a different legal basis applies where required by law.

3. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store complete payment card details (such as full card numbers) on our servers; such data is handled by Stripe subject to its own safeguards.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may disclose information only when appropriate, including to:

• Payment processors (such as Stripe) as needed to complete transactions;
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Azule Knight, our players, or the public;
• Service providers who assist in hosting or operating the site or server, under obligations consistent with this policy.

5. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for:

• operating the website and Minecraft server;
• meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements;
• resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements and policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal data we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights where they apply, contact the server administration using the methods described in Section 10.

8. Children’s privacy

Azule Knight aims to be welcoming to families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent where such consent is required by applicable law. If you believe we have collected information from a child in error, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy, except where applicable law requires a different process.
